One of our NEWEST apartment communities in the Hampton Roads Market is in need of an experienced maintenance person. Harrison & Lear Inc., Property Management is a fast growing company that promotes a strong team approach. When you work with our company, you become part of the family.
Applicant must be able to prep apartments for painting and preparation for new tenants. Knowledge of Section 8 inspection requirements is a plus. HVAC certification is also a plus. The position may require some drywall work, appliance installation and removal, some grounds work and special projects, and maintenance work and/or other duties as necessary or required by management. Applicant must possess minimal tools for job requirements to be carried out. Applicant must also be a team player! One year of Apartment or Hotel Maintenance Experience required. Pay based on experience.
