Our timing and experience has led to numerous successful investment syndications over the last fifty years.

Harrison and Lear, Inc.'s typical real estate syndication combines the money of private investors under our sponsorship and management, and has a three-phase cycle: origination (planning, acquiring property, satisfying registration and disclosure rules, and marketing); operation (sponsor usually manages both the syndicate and the real property); and liquidation or completion (resale of the property). We are opportunistic buyers of multi-family and commercial real estate who partner with accredited investors that participate in profits with us. Our goal is to deliver truly remarkable living experiences to our residents, which in turn creates value for our investors and syndicates regardless of the real estate cycle we find ourselves in.
