Our Investment Departments was formed in 1964 to find, acquire and develop property. Over the last 49 years, 25 partnerships and corporations have been formed with approximately 591 investors. As we expand with the goal of acquiring apartment and retail properties in Hampton Roads we will be utilizing a combination of internal capital, private placement capital and joint venture institutional capital. Harrison and Lear, Inc. acquires properties to leverage Harrison and Lear's Property Management Department's nearly 50 years of successful property management to drive net operating income (NOI) and returns for our investors.

Current initiatives focus primarily on apartment acquisitions, land acquisitions for single family and multifamily residential development and recapitalizations.
